ANNOUNCEMENTS:

During the School Board meeting on March 27, the Suffolk School Board passed Superintendent Dr. John Gordon III's $244.5 million budget for fiscal year 2025-2026. The proposed budget was presented on February 27th, in the amount of $244,554,074, which includes $82,332,201 of city funding. The School Board and City Council held a joint meeting on Wednesday, April 9 at 5 p.m. in the City Hall Chamber to discuss the request. The final budget was adopted on May 14th.
