The SPS Leadership Framework serves as Suffolk Public Schools' extensive leadership model, encompassing a range of leadership skills, both tangible and intangible. It utilizes diverse delivery channels and platforms to address the development of leaders. This framework was created with the aim of assisting and guiding leaders in attaining organizational objectives, cultivating a positive and productive workplace, and ensuring sound decision-making.
