Address Change  … It is very important to keep your mailing address current. Please take a moment to check your last pay stub to make sure your address is correct. If not, you may now go onto your My Alio account and request your address change under “request changes” and click on new request.  This change will be uploaded into our payroll system.

Direct Deposit … Direct deposit is now mandatory for all Suffolk Public School employees. You may go onto your My Alio account and download a direct deposit form.  All travel reimbursements are now done through direct deposit also. Call the Finance Department at 925-6754 to enroll.

Lost W2 Form … All W2 forms since 2014 on your My Alio account.  You can reprint them any time.  If you wish to have a previous year done prior to 2014, there is a $5.00 fee (cash or money order) that will need to be paid to the Finance Department prior to reissuing the W2.  You can call our payroll office at 925-6756 for more information.
